Calling all lovers of pink, drinkers of champagne and hunters for perfect Lilly prints! Today marks the start of every prepsters annual pilgrimage to the Lilly Pulitzer Warehouse Sale!
By now, the sale is in full swing. Bargain hunters allegedly started lining up last Sunday for that coveted top spot in line. Since moving to Philadelphia last year, I will admit June is the highlight of my year. The Expo Center is about 45 minutes from our new house, though I’m not crazy enough to get up at 1 a.m. and get in line! Maybe next year I’ll take the day off and do it just for giggles!

With all the craziness of the last month, I could definitely use a pink recharge. Last year I went a little overboard (thanks hunny!) but I scored some great deals and some of my favorite dresses that I wear all the time.
My TayTay dresses are a wear to work must, and I’ve gotten more compliments on that Octopus dress than anything I’ve worn in my life (just about). My Esmerelda dress in Whales Tales comes out as soon as summer hits. It was perfect for last year’s Kenny Chesney concert and on our trip to Turks & Caicos. I can’t wait to bring it up to the Hamptons later this summer. And I love that Lilly skirts are super soft and comfortable while also being long enough for the office. Check!
What was my big surprise? Scoring the jewelry box I’d been eyeing online for WEEKS for only $20!
That’s the great thing about the warehouse sale, you never know what you will find! Hopefully I can make it up just to poke around and unwind today after work or on Saturday morning. Anyone want to come along?
What are you hoping to find at the warehouse sale this year?
